We assign a senior member of our development team as your own Personal Geek, who will maintain sole direct contact, arrange and conduct review sessions, and manage the entire project.

Document life cycle

Our development cycle focuses on iteration releases – we review all work on a 7-14 day cycle, and maintain a focused workflow document, which keeps track of all activities including programming, testing and deployment. We work in pairs, which allows us to closely review each others' work and further enforces our working culture of quality, consistency, honesty and trust.
